“Our chocolate is made from cocoa beans grown by a group of farming families on the island of Malekula, Vanuatu.

We have worked with these growers for 12 years now and their cocoa is excellent!

Here in Mudgee, we roast, grind, conch and temper the cocoa into lively and beautiful chocolate.”

Our drinking chocolate is made from same recipe as our 72% dark chocolate, molded into large slabs and then milled into an easy-to-melt crumb. So it is real drinking chocolate!

Try 2-3 tablespoons whisked into 200ml hot milk of choice. Or go all out with a decadent European style hot chocolate, recipe here.

A deeply satisfying way to experience the unique and complex flavour of our single origin chocolate.

Ingredients: roasted Vanuatu cocoa beans, Bundaberg Raw Sugar, Bougainville Cocoa Butter.
