“Our chocolate is made from cocoa beans grown by a group of farming families on the island of Malekula, Vanuatu.

We have worked with these growers for 12 years now and their cocoa is excellent!

Here in Mudgee, we roast, grind, conch and temper the cocoa into lively and beautiful chocolate.”

Well it’s been a long time coming! The excellent cocoa beans we source from the island of Malekula, Vanuatu to roast and grind into our single origin chocolate is now available a few steps earlier in the process : ) Here we have 300g these cocoa beans, roasted and cracked into nibs.

Enjoy in muesli, porridge, protein balls, smoothies, biscuits and cakes, savoury salads, roasted meats, or simply top on ice cream!
